Hello Doctor, Just Taking A Chance If You Could Help

Hello doctor, just taking a chance if you could help me with my questions. I got admitted to the hospital last month for a pancreatic because of gallstones and gallstone in the main bile duct. I went to different hospital for a second opinion and was advised to have MRI. The result was I have gallstones in my gallbladder but none in the main bile duct. Here is my blood test result. Maybe you can help me what to do with this result, advise me of what food to eat or specialist or doctor to contact.

Liver Function test - my Gamma glutamyl transferase is H with 57 u/L of reference range of 9 - 36
everything is normal aside from that GGT.

Complete Blood Count (Computer analysis)
MCH - H with 32.1 pg of reference range of 33 - 37

MPV - L with 6.90 fl of reference range of 7.20 - 11.10

WBC Differential
Lymphocyte - L with 18 of 19 - 48 range

Lipase is H with 533 U/L of 23 - 300 reference range

I would like to know what you can advise me about these results. Other results are normal aside from the ones I mentioned.
