Hello doctor, my mother has pain from last weak on her cervical spine and left shoulder.today I got her report I'll write everything what is written in her report.

Findings
Loss of normal lordosis suggestive of muscle spasm.
Normal bony alignment.
Normal disc spaces.
Age related osteoarthiritic changes of the bones noted.
The visualized parts of the lungs apices are unremarkable.
Left Shoulder Radiograph - Frontal
Findings
Normal joint space.
Normal bony alignment.
No evidence of bony or soft tissue abnormalities.
Doctor there are some things that I can't understand please explain me everything cuz doctor I am really worried about her.
