Hello Doctor My Name Venkat. I'm 37 Yr Old Male

Hello doctor my name venkat. I'm 37 yr old male I've been diagonized with pneumomic patch in lower right lobe of lungs . I caught a severe cold two weeks ago and tried different antibiotics without effect & last 5 days have blood in sputum cough is severe. Fever of 103 was there for 3 days. Now i am hospotalized and fever has gone away after IV paracetamol, antibiotics (cepdoxime) and IV steroids 40 mg .. But difficulty in breathing, cough and blood in sputum have not reduced. Sputum culture awaited. Doctor advices bronchoscopy & clearance thru suction but i am scared because i am very sensitive due to asthma patient. Could the pneumomic patch due to tuberculosis or any other reason? Initial blood tests do not show TB but detailed tests awaited
