Hello doctor thanks for this online question answer about gastric issue I am suffering from gastric problem since past two years now I am very much better while taking Ganaton 150mg in the morning along with losec 20mg before breakfast also taking one Losec 20mg before dinner but most of the time before sleeping at night when I lay down gastric issue is coming up which make me so uncomfortable and I can't breath properly and feel scared to sleep pls give me any advise on this regards thanks
