Hello, Every Time I Go To The Restroom To Pass

Hello, every time I go to the restroom to pass a bowel movement, I become dizzy and I sweat profusely. I also feel as if I'm going to faint, and my eyesight becomes blurred. Any idea what this could be? It has been happening for years, but has recently gotten worse. I am 31 year old female. Thank you.
