Hello for ages now I legs feels heavy and I get pain behind the knee if I walk, I cannot walk upstairs and find it difficult to walk up a kerb . I was sitting down on the floor for 15mins and then I started to get pins and needles. 45 mins later I fell in the ground like my legs and no strength in them
