Hello Having A Hard Time Diagnosing Abdominal Pain.......had Numerous Diagnosis,

Hello having a hard time diagnosing abdominal pain.......had numerous diagnosis, such as migraine of the stomach, maybe can see a pinched bowl on old cat scan two days ago, and today I have irritate bowl. My symptoms are as follows. Last time I had the pain was 4 years prior, and it came back two days ago, and went to the hospital. Symptoms are severe pain ( in the abdomen ) followed by severe vomiting and diareah. The pain is so severe it is at its highest of 9 out of 10. It is constant and last up to 8 hours. I do notice if I sleep which is hard to do, when I wake up it is gone. I do end up in hospital, and have not understood diagnosis given (three different diagnosis). I eat everything and anything, and my diet has not changed. The pain can last for days......causing dehidration. The last time (two days ago I noticed when I got home I started to throwing up black......before it was yellow bile in hospital. Do you have any suggestions. I think I am going to loose my mind, as I end up in hospital every time it happens. Thank you
