Hello, i had recently had unprotected sex with my boy friend. I've been feeling some pregnancy symptoms. I've had a child before. However this time I am experiencing something different. I'm supposed to get my period with in 4 days and last night I noticed some light pinkish spotting. Not the usual color I get during my period. Then this morning I woke up with more pinkish brown blood on my panties. And I'm experiencing some cramping feelings on my left side under my belly. As the day is going the light pink turned to bright red, but the flow is very minimal. Not like I usually have during my period, does this sound like a miscarriage ? Or can it possibly be implantation bleeding? I'm also feeling very light headed, dizzy and alittle naseous.
