Hello, i have seen a doctor following testicular pain. It is only my left testical and it includes my groin area. There doesnt seem to be any swelling or lumps i can find. However the slight pain and discomfort is constant and radiating. I also seem to be able to co tract my left testicle only i can see it move and it moves alot on its own. This makes me think its an issue with the cremaster muscle? Anyway the doctor which i seen 4 days ago checked me and said she would assume its an infection but didnt give me any medication incase i get testicular torsion she wants me to feel the pain and then go to hospital. Just posting for a second opinion..... im thinking of gojng back to the doctors in 3 days when its been a week. She also advised me not to do any strenous activoty so i havent worked out or ran in the last 4 days.
