Hello, i just had a quick concern/question, sometimes i get these random twitches/spasms in my body mainly my legs i will feel what seems like a sensation that starts at the tip of my toes usually the big toe its kind of sharp like an electric feeling but no pain more annoying than anything sometimes it will shoot up whatever side of my body it started on. Usually when i am sitting or laying in bed and i spend a lot of time sitting these days now that i have a low impact office/helpdesk job. Any ideas? Should i be concerned?
