Hello Just Under 4 Weeks Ago I Underwent A Laparoscopic

Hello
just under 4 weeks ago I underwent a laparoscopic appendectomy, since returning back home I have had severe pain in my lower right abdomen and around my the scar under my belly button which has been getting worse. About 2 weeks ago some yellow/orange liquid come out of one of my scars, after going to the doctors I was put on antibiotics. A week later I was still getting pain in my abdomen and my stomach was still tender and sore to touch my doctor then told me I have an infection , but it was deeper down and was put on another course of antibiotics. (Which was brilliant)
After finishing 2 courses of antibiotics I still am not feeling 100% and have been throwing up. I still have the severe pain in my lower right abdomen and stomach which leaves me breathless and unable to move and it has started to become more persistent throughout the day and night.
Please can you help enlighten me what could be causing the pain.
Thank you, Jo
