Hello, Just Yesterday For Some Reason My Back Started Hurting

Hello, just yesterday for some reason my back started hurting a little bit and I ignored it and waited till it went away and it did but suddenly stomach started feeling strange, not hurting, but just felt weird inside and I went to the bathroom and still felt strange and I only peed for a little just crystal clear and did #2 just like little bit. I told my mom and she's a CNA and says its gastritis and also asked my grandparents and even my moms boyfriend who is a physical therapist and all said the same thing as my mom and even mentioned to just lay down face down so I can pass gas, and also my mom gave me a warm tea that had something and gave me pills.. Eventually my pain went away and slept good that night with no pain, but the very next day I woke up and was fine but started getting that weird sensation in my stomach again. I told my mom and she gave me pills and drank warm tea again amd after that I ate breakfast which was just scrambled eggs. After a while the feeling was still there so I decided to lay down face down and take a nap. I took a good maybe 30 minute nap and woke up fine and went to the bathroom and peed a little bit and clear not yellow and did #2 a little again. The sensation was kinda gone but eventually came back. This time I felt tiny bit soreness on my abdomen area and little weird feeling in my right side and my right testicle feels strange but it's not really pain it's just these strange feeling I said but still bothers me. I'd like to know if it is gastritis or something else ?
