Hello, My Age Is 37 Years And I Am A

Hello, my age is 37 years and I am a woman. In 2014 I had my MRI done and partly calcified enhancing meningioma was found. Now, I got it done two days before and a partially calcified inflammatory granuloma is found in the precentral frontal lobe. Since it has grown in size, is this fatal? It was 11.1*11.8*8.0mm in 2014 and now it is 13*12*11mm. What should I do? Is surgery the only option left now? (Since I have already been taking homeopathic medicines for a year)
