Hello My Husband Went To A Rehab Facility On March

Hello my husband went To a rehab facility on March 30 on April 2 he was admitted into The hospital ICUon ventilator for 12 days and now we are going thru all the complications associated with pneumonia and if biggest concern on day 22 is delirium. Dr trying to get meds right he’s improved past 24 hours but cognitively not right and has been restrained for 22 days now I am fearful that this is disrupting his ability to get better but they have to keep him restrained because he gets so agitated he’s taking seroquil and Librium we need him to be awake not sedated any suggestions? And how long typically do we see what we are going to end up with cognitively?
