Hello My Name's Anthony I'm A White Male Living In

Hello my name's Anthony I'm a white male living in CA CURRENTLY & 26 years old. Last night out of no where I realized that I had been feeling and scratching my upper thigh and buttocks because they started to itch. I put some ointment on it and it temporarily took away the itching.
Along with this uncomfortable itch upon examining the spots that itched they appeared to be circular in various sizes some the size of my palm others the size as small as a dime even smaller. They immediately reminded me of a bruise but more pinkish red than a normal bruise.
The spots on my body were inconsistent with the way my skin is supposed to look and feel. They felt stuff and hard but at the same time they were semi slushy. sometimes the consistency reminds me of lesther.
As the night went on i began to notice more and more on my shoulders, my upper chest by my armpit, even some on my lower body and finally i felt my feet began to get itchy.
