my penis glans and the foreskin are red for 3 months now, but no itchung or pain. 1 week ago a little white spot appeared near the frenulum. Been to various doctors. Applied canesten for 3,5 weeks, 10 day anti-fungal pills, 7 days fungicort, but nothin helped
