Hello, recently I have noticed my left testicle feels heavier and larger than the right. The left testicle as a whole simply seems heavier and denser, but I don't feel a lump on it. On a side note I have had a hernia since I was around 19 (39 now) that occasionally will represent as a slight buldge on the right testicle. Usually I think it sort of pulls back into the stomach but I will ocassionally notice it. Any thoughts ?
