He saw my semen analysis report nd said I had bilateral vvericose nerve problem nd I have to go bilateral vericocele surgery so I went for surgery 3 month ago now I make a new report of semen analysis in that found my semen make 4 million sperm but all are dead and also found 12-15 puss cell. I am so worried about my report . Please give me advise what I have to do ...
