I m 24 years old female , and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 4 years ago , I gained massive amount of weight in no time , I tried Gyming and other physical activities too but it only became harder for me to lose weight . I was exposed to Herbalife products and started taking those and loss a little fat content ( but hardly any change in the weight , may be 2-3 kgs) . I normally have low energy levels and I m currently taking levothyroxine every morning . Should I continue with herballif diet . What do you suggest for maintaining my weight and healthier lifestyle ( I hear soy and some other products are bad for ppl associated with thyroid problems ) ?
