Hello, so around 4 weeks ago I starting counting my calories with a goal of 1100 after about 2 weeks I realised how Bad that goal is for my body so I changed it to 1500 but now I would have to force myself to eat over 1000 cals, I was wondering if it’s ok if I feel full and am not sick? Thank you!
