Hello, the other day I was on my way home from work and I started to get a pain in my stomach, just below my belly button but just above the pelvis. It started going down the right side of my side. I started to black out as this was happening. I was coming in and out of consciousness, every time I woke up I could feel pins and needles in my hands and feet. This lasted for at least 18 hours throughout the night.
