Hello, The Skin On My The Tops Of My Left

Hello, the skin on my the tops of my left hand knuckles are elevated. They look like blisters. The index finger knuckle is most swollen. So far all I is done is are cold compress. The swelling is not painful. I am a young 61 and past blood work indicated "positive nucleus anti-body" which I know is Lupus. I have had no other systems related to Lupus. What are your thoughts?
