Hello There. For Three Months Now, I Have Had Constant

Hello there. For three months now, I have had constant tingling in my hands, a brain fog/cloud from the moment I wake up, the outer third of my eyebrows fell out, and my body has felt stiffer than I can ever recall at the age of 53. My doctor sent me for blood testing which came back normal on all counts. If my blood is fine, which of the following causes of brain fogs have been eliminated, lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Parkinson's Disease? I am waiting on results for a sleep disorder observation I had a few days ago, as my doctor referred me suspecting I have something like sleep apnea. Any thoughts? Thanks! Andrew
