Hello, We Are Currently Traveling And I Noticed My Daughter

Hello, we are currently traveling and I noticed my daughter has a very red eye, swollen and a purplish check with swelling. It doesn't seem to bother her. I'm thinking Sinus Infection? Currently she is being treated for a UTI. She has already had two doses of Cefdinir. Should we take her in? I read Cefdinir can treat sinus infections but can it treat two things at once?
