Hello..I M Trying To To Conceive Yesterday I Have Vaginal

Hello..I m trying to to conceive yesterday I have vaginal sonography done and in this sonografi doctor told me that I am having bulky ovaries with bilateral PCO the doctor has suggested me to have regestrone 5mg for 10 days starting from the 14th day of my period cycle and then ask me to come on the second day of your menstrual cycle and have your blood test done then on next day she asked me to meet her..... I have a history of irregular periods since I have started with periods is there is any problem for me to conceive
