Hello...I woke up Sunday morning having pain in my left upper arch of my foot that weight bearing was/is very painful. It is now Wednesday and I cannot totally weight bear completely on left foot. X-ray rules out fracture. Slight swelling in toes and upper arch. Not being able to completely put pressure on my left foot, I am now having back pain. I took 1600mg ibuprofen with minimally relief. What are my next options? I have type 1 DM so steroids do not seem like a way to go. Numerous doses of ibuprofen has not worked and soaking in tub gave no relief. Please help be walk again normal versus looking like a grimp.
