Hello,My Name Is Jenice Martin, I Am 27yrs Old Female.i

Hello,My name is Jenice Martin, I am 27yrs old female.i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in the August 2017. My TSH was 16 at that time. So my physician Prescribed tab.eltroxin 25mg. But after 3days of taking that table i started having neck tremors,my neck moves uncontrollably back and forth. along with that i also had general weakness, irritability, rapid heartbeat . So, I stopped the medicine and my symptoms subside, so my doctor changed to levothyroxin 25mg ,bt i still had neck tremors, so they did brain MRI and told me that everything’s normal , its look like an essential tremor. And thus, they prescribed tab.inderal 10mg twice a day. So my tremors subsided with this medicine. Now my TSH is 24 and thyroid antibodies >1000, so doctor has again started synthyroid 25mg last week, i didn’t have tremors but i still feel weakness, and uneasiness all the day, after taking the medicine. Along with that i also started getting pain and burning sensations in my sole of feet, and in right palm since last week. My doctor is saying that it might be due to peripheral neuropathy. My question is that Does hypothyroidism leads to peripheral neuropathy if my TSH is this much?and are there any other treatment for peripheral neuropathy ? or i just have to control my TSH level? I am also taking thyrowel and calkind plus tablet.
