Hello...ok So I Fell On A Pile Of Rocks 5

Hello...ok so I fell on a pile of rocks 5 months ago and had got a gash in my lip and as a result of the healing got a pink scar on my lip that has closed up but the pigment color of the lip is still pink and I wanted it to go back to normal color and I have like a bubble scar under my nose and I wanted to get rid of that to will I have to get that surgically removed or could I put something on there until it disappears....and please help me with my lip I hope there is something I can do to make it look normal again thank you for your time
