Help A 38-year-old Male To Quit Masturbating

Hi.....i am 38 year old married male. Having a daughter. My problem is, that i mastrubate which i want to quit, but i did not succeed. Last month i i mastrubate and i got exhausted severely with palpations. I got worried. After a week or 10 days i was diagnosed with Typhoid. Before diagnose i was experiencing weakness but i did not took care. I want to know that is this exhaustion was due to typhoid or is anythingh serious. In this stress i mastrubate thrice, and the problem was the same. I am very much in stress. Please help me. I want to quit mastrubation. I am under treatment yet for Typhiod. I took medicines and antibiotics for 1 week and i felt better. But after 4-5 days again i am feeling the same. Please let me know what is wrong. Thanxs and Regards

Hello,

I am concerned with your issues. Your weakness is not due to masturbation however it solely because of the typhoid fever. It takes around 2 weeks to be completely recovered from the illness with the proper antibiotics course. You can quit masturbation by staying busy, spend more time with your family and kids, limit your alone time and be honest abut things.
