Hematoma On Right Side Of Shin Bone, Bruising, Swelling. Normal X Ray. Anything To Worry?
I was hit with softball on shin Tues. Went to ER yesterday. X-rays were okay, but have hematoma on right side of shin bone about 5 inches from ankle. Bruising started Thursday on inner ankle/foot. Today, leg started burning in that same area, swelling and pain have increased from yesterday. Is this something I should be concerned about?
Welcome to H.C.M Forum Hi friend , hematoma will resolve spontaneously with or without medication in few days , If it is a large hematoma that makes you difficult in daily activies then it should be aspirated under aseptic precausions , My advise is to consult a physician to get prescribed for Tab.Hifenac with Seratiopeptidase and Tablet Rotoheal to have speedy recovery from inflamation and swelling in injured areas. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
