How To Treat Numbness In Toes And Tingling Sensation In Leg While Having Hematoma?

I have a hematoma on my shin for over a year. It causes numbness in my toes and now starting to tingle up my leg. Will these hematoma ever go away? I had an xray taken and the bone beneath the hematoma is clear. Actually the hematoma has split into 2 parts.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what you have stated here may not be hematoma, because it may not remains there for year but it could get resolved very soon (In history of injury, under lying cause of it needs to be found out ) in my opinion this could be some lipoma, may needs some investigations for confirmation, better to get done the CT imaging, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
