Here are my symptoms: I have been extra tired with a very low energy level. Chest feels heavy, hard to breath and twice I felt like I might not be able to caught my breath. I am a smoker but the last 4 days limited to 3-4 cigs (normal 8-10 per day). My throat feels swollen and if I talk to much an itchy sore throat develops and then a dry cough which creates more stress on my breathing. I have had a light headache all week with slight body aches but went to work all week (54 hrs). Customers were telling me I should be checked for pneumonia because it was going around. Should I be concerned?
