Here Is My Xray Results: The Lumbar Vertebrae Are Intact.

Here is my xray results: The lumbar vertebrae are intact. Approx 4 mm of retrolisthesis of L2 on L3 is visualized and there is a 10 mm anterior subluxation of L5 on S1. There is narrowing of the L2-3and L3-4 disc spaces and associated anterior osteophytes.
The neural foramina are patent bilaterally. Advanced facet joint arthropathy is visualized bilaterally at the L4-5 and L5-S1 levels.
No acute osseous abnormality is identified.
Multilevel degenerative disc disease and facet joint arthropathy. No acute abnormality demonstrated.
Can you tell me the best treatment. I have moderate to sometimes severe pain in my right and middle low back and going down the outside of my right leg.
