Hereditary Black Marks On Cheeks And Heart Problem

I have a black mark on the left cheek centre. My grandma, mother and I all have a mark on the same spot, and we all have heart problem. Is all the patients with heart problem will have a black mark on the left cheek?

actually some of genetical condition have congenital anomaly, but it is not all heart problem patient will have black mark on cheek...
