Hey, I had the contraceptive injection in my right buttock yesterday and I'm in incredible pain with it still. I can't put any weight on that side/lie on my side, the area is very sore to touch. I do a lot of fitness training, including weighted exercises for my bum - I don't know if this has anything to do with it? I trained yesterday evening but did not do any specific bum exercises. Thanks!
