Hey I Have Had Numbness In My Face Changing Sides

Hey I have had numbness in my face changing sides for the past 2/3 months. Went to several doctors and all of them dont know what it was , even did en MRI. Now since 2/3 weeks I've had a lump behind my ear , really hard , doesn't hurt when touching it but my neck and shoulder are stiff and kinda hurt from it. I also had a little bit of pain in my face , teeth , cheek and temp. I am also really stressed about my health.
