Hey, I have yellow stool for about two weeks now. Can't process any oily foods, nothing, if I eat anything fried or with oil it's automatic diarrhea. For past 4 days I have light fever and headaches that show up and disappear. Headaches and fever coincide with strange feeling in my lover body and diarrhea. No appetite, a lot of gasses, can hear bubbling and rumbling all the time also not from my stomach mostly but from somewhere lower. Sometimes I have small stabbing pains, not in one place, pains show up and dispensary in multiple places in lower body. I am not properly digesting food, I can see small chunks of undigested food, cottage cheese and one time chunks of macaroni in my stool.

I am a very fit person, I have no history of any stomach related diseases or problems. I have not vomited, there is no burning in my stomach as far as I can tell. I have no problems peeing, no pain, peeing is regular and urine has not changed color in any way. I have no pain in lover back and my back doesn't hurt at all. I have no heart pains or any other pains except for those I named, only pain in lover body in front not back.

This all started very suddenly, usually I digest food very quickly, two - three hours max. I can eat anything, I also have no allergies as far as I can tell and I have eaten a lot of bad foods and had no problems. I don't drink or smoke, I am not very stressed, my blood pressure is normal. I am young - early 20's. I do not take any medicament's or any drugs or vitamins. I have blood and stool analysis if anyone wants to see them, made just two days after this began so there probably isn't anything too out of the ordinary there, look at smallest changes, now it's gotten worse but I have no newer results. I have been to doctor one time, just after all this began, he physically checked and poked my stomach and didn't find anything. If I have not eaten anything and my stomach and intestine is clear I feel no pain or discomfort.

Sorry for bad English, I do not have a lot of money that's why I am here. I will go see doctor again if there is no other way but I have to pay money every time. Any help would be appreciated.
