Hey my boyfriend is on venlafaxine we are hoping to have a baby soon.i was wondering how much you need to take befor your sperm count is low or gose to 0. I can not find anything on the internet saying that the older you are the more likely you are not to be able to have a baby when on it or coming off it everything just says the sperm count will go back to normale when your off. I just Trought I would ask because a male sperm count is lower in 30s then gets lower and lower as you get older So say a man in his 30s gose on it comes off in his 40s or older will his sperm count be normal for a man his age. I gess what I am really asking if you have been on it for 10,yrs or for most of your male life then diced to come off it can you still get a girl pregnant and would things like change of a male diet or takeing pills that help a man sperm count go up help?
