Hey, Thanks For Taking The Time. So I'm A 22

Hey, thanks for taking the time.

So I'm a 22 year old male with a few questions I'd like to ask. First off, I'm on the skinny side, being 6 feet and only around 125 pounds. So my indented chest (I believe it's Pectus Excavatum) is pretty visible. I had it looked at by a general physician who confirmed it was rather shallow and non-threatening. I also have minor scoliosis that I think is linked.

Those aren't the problems though, just there if you needed. Lately (the last two years or so), I've been having regular heart palpitations. Wether I'm just sitting around or anything. They're especially noticeable when I'm lying down at night. I had an EKG & Echocardiogram done about 10 months ago that came back with good results. Nothing bad, save for I believe a minor heart murmmur. But the palpitations are persistent and the freak me out every time. I can't help but think maybe it has something to do with either my lack of exercise, as my high metabolism has honestly kept me from doing any, or the fact that my top left wisdom tooth is now decaying badly.

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!
