Hey there I'm 20 years old and I have a vibrating sensation on the far left side of my chest. It comes in intervals of around 2 minutes and mostly occurs when I'm laying down. My breathing feels fine i have no coughs and my EKG results were fine according to the doctor. Could it be a muscular problem or maybe a digestive issue since I've been having gas issues for several weeks
