Hey There. Recently I Have Been Experiencing A Little Bit

Hey there. Recently I have been experiencing a little bit of pain and discomfort in my lower abdomen. I'm worried it may be a hernia due to my activity at the gym... Although I never felt any pain or discomfort during my training I woke the next day feeling a little stiff and sore on my right side lower abdominal. Note there is no bulge or noticable lump around the area and i experience no pain when massaging the area..only when I tweak my body in a certain direction like sitting up too quickly or bending over...the pain or discomfort is minimal. Is there a reason for concern?..or would you say I could have over worked the muscle and am suffering a strain?...Note I noticed discomfort yesterday and has improved slightly since then. Regards.
