Hi - I've Recently Noticed A Puffiness Below My Bottom

Hi - I've recently noticed a puffiness below my bottom lip and can't think of anything other than dental veneers that might be causing the puffing out of an approximate 3/4" space under lower lower lip. Always felt the veneers were too large for my mouth. The dentist brought front teeth forward and lengthened them. I've just noticed the change in bottom area of mouth; however, prior to that - about 6 months ago - I asked about the 'from out of no where' horizontal lines that appeared between my upper lip and nose, thinking again the veneers were too big. Have spoken to a plastic surgeon who only tells me to go back to my dentist with these questions. Of course the dentists says the changes around mouth are not caused by the veneers. Am not sure what recourse I may have other than to seek advise from another 'cosmetic' dentist and have the veneers redone. Perhaps this isn't the right forum for my concerns, but no much choice going else where ... If comfortable, please advise. If not, that's understandable. Thank you in advance for any suggestion(s) you may wish to share. -Helen M
