Hi, 6 Months Ago I Sprained The Mcl In My

Hi,
6 months ago I sprained the mcl in my right knee by falling off my snowboard. My doctor and my physiotherapist told me that it was a grade 2 sprain. After a couple of months or so it got better and the pain went away. But it looks like my lower right leg has slightly shifted out of place when the injury happened. When I get up after sitting down for a bit, there is a little discomfort in the right knee when I walk. There is zero pain but it just doesn't feel normal like it does in the left knee. I can even do barbell squats and jump and do everything I want. Is it possible for the bone to shift slightly and then for the mcl to heal in that new position?
