Hi, Along With A Slew Of Other Meds I Taken

Hi,
Along with a slew of other meds I taken twice a day . Not sure of the dose as I don't have it with me right now. I always seem to get a nauseating headache at noon which is the time I don't take it. Should I take it more often and at what dose. I suspect it is the Ritalin that is triggering it ( 20mg) Also at lunch I take fish oil, three hydrolazine 10mg each. Methyldopa 1pill , B12 1200mg. Metformin 500mg, Sorry I don't have all the correct doses but I'm away and my meds a ore poured by hubby. ( even though I'm the nurse, lol. ) I never had the usual gerd Sx just severe esophageal spasms four years ago that took the hospital 5 days inpatient to distinguish from an MI . That when they put me on the other stuff. ( the usual pill) I forget the name but it's bad for kidneys. Also my memory is failing badly as you can see . It's embarrressing as a nurse to forget the names of meds that I take. I've been retired over twenty years though with a slew of Dx and issues. This nausea started about six month ago and is getting more regular . I think I just answered my own question but still would like your thoughts....
Thanks,
Cathy
