Am 30yr old. Have hypothyroid (which is normal now) but taking medications regularly. My doctor asked to try naturally for a cycle after thyroid becomes normal, but I didnt conceive that cycle. Next cycle did follicular study on day 10, 12 and 16. On day 12 my egg was 24mm and she gave Pregnyl shot. On day 16 found that follicle has ruptured. She asked to take Duphaston twice a day for 14days from day 17. I was told to take HPT next day after stopping Duphaston. So wont I get periods when am taking Duphaston ?
