As I am student I study and passes more time with tablet /mobile

Hello as in 2018 I got seizure,after(MRI) diagnosed it comes to point I have ncc. Radiologist said it is a very small cyst. Also get medication by doctor phenytion, a nasal drop xylometazoline so that nerve(brain) did not get dry the doctor said me to be away from light and eat much more .after one year of medication and then stopped I never got any seizure but in summer season (2022 July) I travel in train for long distance getting heat wave that I could not care about my body(feeling weakness) etc. after reaching home after 3-4 days at sleeping time gas formed in stomach and it seems it enter my brain . Again after consulting doctor now phenytion (100mg 3times a day get started. ((IN 2018 when first seizure was very high intensity in between that course never faced any seizure during that medication)) In between medication under 4 month I got 5 time seizure specially when focoused on light and once at bathing time, Now before seizure something seems that coming from brain then now froathy spit comes from mouth and now a transparent glue like mucous type substance comes from upper palate to mouth when see much more mobile. Sometimes it get stopped but some time when I got night fall it comes but with very fluidy means weak not much more sticky as was before I faced.
Now I want to know is it overdose of phenytion sodium or what also want to know what that sticky mucous is.
