Hi As an ameture football goalkeeper im facing many injuries that im afraid it will occur oftenly the first one that i tried to counter a ball but my right hand went beyond its normal movent and now i got pain in the middle of my wrist when i press on the spot it hurts and when i try to move my hand in any direction i start to feel a mild-severe pain the second problem i faced that i kicked the ball and now my toe (specifically my toe joint) is killing me when i try to move it but i dont feel stiffness in the movment i wonder how i could treat those injuries and not to happen again
