Hi Can You Help I Have Had Abdominal Pains 24/7

Hi
Can you help
I have had abdominal pains 24/7 since 1st April 2014 when I experienced blood in my urine some severe some a little less severe, very high pains when sitting or lying, if walking and exercising then they diminish. I was diagnosed with 7mm kidney stone last year, had a colonoscopy, endoscopy, 2 scans 2 MRI and a small postrate operation but no change to abdominal pains. Doctors/specialists now say that the kidney stone has disappeared although I have had no symtoms of passing the stone. I start to get flu symptoms then they disappear where before April 2014 I would get the flu 1-2 times a year and fairly bad. Doctors are now trying to say that it maybe L1 L2 damage so waiting agin to see a specialist to have this looked at
I am more concerned that I am not getting the flu and wonder if there could be a barrier stopping me getting flu as I as around people that have had flu and whether this is going to hit me int he future as it must be bottling up inside my body
