Hi Doc. Am 55 years old. About eleven years i was diagnosed with blood pressure that could be as high as 180/110 . Early this year 2015 i was put on nifelat one tablet twice a day, junior asprin, one, once a day and HCTZ ¤1/4 a day. My BP has dropped to between 117/67 and 127/72 respectively. Heart rate between 53 and 57. The problem there is this chest pain that never goes. After MRI it showed slightly enlarged heart. Am i at risk of heart attack/disease? Thank you
