I have been suffering from anal fissure for past 3 months, Have maintained a good diet which has helped me treat fissure, however, due to this chronic fissure, I have developed a small sentinel pile which is painful whenever it gets irritated due to some reasons, i think its very close to the anal opening.

Applying aloevera helps to numb the area, but I am looking for a permanent solution to get rid if sentinel pile, please help!!
